PHOTO ENFORCEMENT CASES
We are currently researching a class action case against many Washington cities as well as the companies (ATS and Redflex) that operate red light and speed zone cameras here. If you have paid for a photo enforcement ticket in Washington, we may be interested in representing you and trying to get your money back. We are willing to do so at no cost to you, and we are willing to put this in writing for you. There would be no charge to you unless we win, and then only a percentage of the amount we recover for you. The time involved for you would be very limited - probably less than a few minutes.
